MARION SAMUEL-STEVENS, soprano, IRIS RODRGIUES, soprano, Chelsea Säuer, mezzo-soprano, JAMES MICHAEL BALDWIN, baritone/bass.

Highlights from the wonderfully romantic and comic opera by Richard Strauss, telling the tale of a bittersweet love affair. The countess, realizing that she will inevitably lose her young lover, chooses to set him free.

Pre-concert lectures begin 45 minutes before each concert in the upper lobby of the P.C. Ho Theatre. Once again a variety of exciting and innovative speakers are planned.
